PRAYER GROUP
CCSB Prayer Team
Community Church at SaddleBrooke has had an active prayer team for over six years. The purpose of the Prayer Team is to support with prayer the women’s retreat and prayer requests and prayer needs of church members, church attenders, friends and families. There are currently 44 women on the prayer team. The church board and pastors also receive prayer requests pertaining to CCSB members. Members of the Prayer Team meet monthly during winter/spring months for an hour of corporate prayer. The number of women who meet ranges from 2 – 15, depending on availability and comfort in praying in a group. All members of the Prayer Team are encouraged to pray frequently for the prayer requests. All prayer requests are kept confidential. We are always looking for and encouraging new women to join this prayer team. If any one has an interest in joining our team, you can e-mail dorothynelson@acrhomes.com. All communication regarding the prayer requests is done via e-mail.
If you would like the prayer team to pray for a prayer concern, a message can be left at the Parish House or a request can be written in the red book passed during the church service or an e-mail can be sent directly to dorothynelson@acrhomes.com.
We take seriously the mandate of Philippians 4:6 - “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”

PRAYER REQUESTS
If there is someone who needs the supportive prayers of the congregation, please fill out a sheet from the red book and place it in the offering plate. Names are removed on the first of each month unless resubmitted. Please correctly spell the name of the individual and be specific about the illness or nature of the situation. You may drop the request in the collection plate or call the Parish House.
